If the WiFi adapter is not recognized, please reinstall the latest driver from the EDUP website or update the driver manually. If the connection is unstable, check your signal strength and signal channel. For issues with the driver installation on Mac 10.13.3 or 10.13.4, follow the steps to allow the driver in the System Preferences.
The EDUP WIFI adapter is a wireless network adapter that supports dual-band 2.4Ghz 150Mbps and 5.8Ghz 433Mbps, allowing you to connect your PC, desktop, or laptop to WiFi. Remember to install the driver first, either from the CD or the EDUP official website, before inserting the WiFi adapter. We suggest using the USB port on the back of your desktop, as it can provide more power.
If you cannot download the driver from the CD, you can download it from the EDUP official website. To update the driver manually, open the Device Manager, right-click the Realtek driver you want to update, choose "Update Driver," and follow the prompts.
